- Motor 11/2 – 2 HP
- It can be used with either single phase (2 lines) or three phases (3 lines) electricity.

2. If we want to have the water supply in long distance, shall we use Piston Pump or Centrifugal Pump?
- Piston Pump can work better because the piston system that installs in the pump body will boost the water supply to longer distance.

3. What would be the cause when the existing piston pump can only suck water in the lower volume?
- It's because the valve sheet proceeds incompletely. This is cause from the broken spring or the expired valve rubber that install on the valve sheet. Once we change either spring or valve rubber, the piston pump will work normally.

4. What would be the cause of noisy piston pump when it has been used for a certain period of time?
- Broken bullet
- The bolt of piston and piston rod is not coincident.

5. What would be the effect for the difference size of cylinder ?
- The bigger cylinder, the higher suction of water volume.

6. For the 3 inches suction-supply pipe of centrifugal pump, how many horsepower engine shall it be used with?
- Engine 3 – 5 HP

7. Can piston pump use with automatic switch?
- Yes, it can.

8. While the piston pump is working, the pipe suddenly shake and noisy. What should we do?
- We should screw out the brass ventilator that positioned at bottom of piston pump's head to let the air out.

9. What shall the congested ball of piston pump make from to have an effective working process?
- The congested ball and screw cover should be made from the difference material to be able to screwing for all its shelf life. For example, the congested ball is made from cast-iron while screw cover is made from brass in Spike UMA and VR Piston Pump.
